2018 Summer Party Report

Program:
About 60 supporters joined us last Friday at our annual summer party. Despite having fewer attendees this year, the generosity of our supporters was not diminished. And owing to our smaller group, we were able to really connect with our supporters and spread the word about our cause.
We started the festivities with an introduction of Mirai no Mori and shared some highlights from the last couple of months’ activities as well as voices of campers eagerly awaiting summer camp . The night was filled with laughs, cheerful chatter, and great anticipation for the raffle with the amazing donated prizes.
We are happy to announce that thanks to you all, we have raised 120,310 JPY from both the raffle sales and entrance fees with about 60 attendees. These funds will be allocated to our upcoming Summer Camp program in Miyagi.
A total of 18 Mirai no Mori camp staff from 10 countries will create unforgettable memories with the campers. Please stay tuned for our Summer Camp report.
