
2023 September & October Graduate Program Report
September and October were great season for sports, with many of our graduates participating in other organizations' sports events

In July and August, in addition to participating in the Charity Touch Rugby event, graduates who had moved or found a job visited our office
May and June were also filled with graduates taking part in events with our fundraising partner, KIWL, and participating in mentoring sessions with Morgan Stanley
In April, we welcomed graduates as volunteers at a fundraising event and had a BBQ lunch with KIWL, a fundraising partner for this year
In February and March, in addition to the usual check-ins, there were many opportunities for graduates to interact with campers and current LIT participants, including joining our program as kitchen volunteers, attending the LIT closing ceremony, and joining LIT work place visits
In December and January, we had some graduates volunteering at a charity event and at our office, and hosted some check-ins
In October and November, we were able to engage with graduates in a wide range of activities, including career sessions, BBQ get-together, and sending out care packages to those who requested
Responding to the request of two third-year university students who are actively utilizing Mirai no Mori's network and are currently job hunting, we held another session on finding one's strengths with the cooperation of Morgan Stanley
The Leaders in Training Program, a year-long program for high school students was launched in 2017
